Hey Yall! I"m Angie LaVida and the founder of the Mosaic Minds Project. Art for me is an instrument of personal transformation and healing. It was through artistic expression that I discovered a deeper understanding of my own mental health struggles and embraced MY ADHD traits. Art allows me to explore emotions, unleash creativity, and find solace in the midst of chaos. My personal journey became the driving force behind the project, igniting a desire to share the power of art with others facing similar challenges.
